Unused items may be returned in original condition within 30 days for a full refund minus any shipping costs. Customized items are non-returnable. Please see our Returns Policy for complete details.

Delivery Timelines
We will try our best to ship orders quickly, but stated delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or postal/courier service disruptions outside of our control. Rush processing and expedited shipping options are never guaranteed.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or changed shipping address, we may contact you to update your info and re-send it. Re-shipments will incur an additional shipping fee. We are not obligated to make delivery attempts beyond the original shipping address provided by you.
Loss or Damage
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. For your protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance and/or sending valuable items by courier with signature confirmation. Be sure to photograph and save all labels and receipts for any claims you may need to make.
International Shipping
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost for international orders. You are responsible for paying all such fees. Please check with your country’s customs office to get more information on estimated costs.
Shipping Restrictions
